Overview of the role:

To be responsible for the Sales of Ingersoll Rand air compressors and air treatment products and to achieve the division's strategic and tactical objectives.

What you will do:

• Achieve the Unit Sales Budget for air compressors and accessories.
• Visit potential customers in the allotted territory and promote Ingersoll Rand air compressors.
• Prepare quotations, do regular follow-ups, and close deals.
• Ensure payment collections and compliance with FAMCO policies.
• Handle key accounts in the assigned territory as the Key Account Manager for FAMCO.
• Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and good practices.
• Report competitor activities and market trends related to the air compressor business

Required skills to be successful:

• Customer-focused with air compressor product knowledge.
• Good communication skills across different hierarchies.
• Techno-commercial offer preparation.
• Understanding of EPC/O&G regulations.

About the team:

You will be part of the Industrial Products Division at FAMCO, working closely with the National Sales Manager for business development and market share improvement

What equips you for the role:

• Engineering Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales of rotary screw air compressors.
• Valid UAE driving license and good knowledge of compressed air systems
