Holo is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is instrumental in assisting our self-generated buyers in their property search journey and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the buying process. The ideal candidate is a motivated and customer-focused individual who excels at building relationships, understanding client needs, and navigating the intricacies of the real estate market.

• Buyer Assistance: Provide personalized guidance to buyers, understanding their preferences and requirements to match them with suitable properties in our network.
• Transaction Management: Oversee the transaction process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and deadlines are met.
• No Cold Calling: This role does not involve any cold calling to generate listings or deal with sellers. We exclusively work with self-generated buyers.
• No Property Listings: We do not list properties. Our focus is solely on assisting buyers in finding their ideal homes.
• No Seller Interaction: This role does not involve dealing with sellers. We exclusively work with our self-generated buyers and collaborate with our real estate agency partners to fulfill their needs.

• Experience in property transactions / real estate
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Proficiency in using software and CRM tools (training provided).
