Job Title CNC Operator Seal Making Location Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates Industry Manufacturing Mechanical Engineering Oil Gas Employment Type FullTime We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator specializing in seal making to join our manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi The ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC machines to produce highprecision seals used in the oil gas petrochemical or industrial sectors Key Responsibilities Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to manufacture seals rubber PTFE PU or metal Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and CAD CAM files Set up machines and tooling for efficient seal production Monitor machine operation identify issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality Measure and inspect finished seals using micrometers calipers and gauges to ensure they meet specifications Maintain a clean and safe working environment Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machinery Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve production processes Keep accurate records of production and quality control Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or technical certificate in CNC machining or mechanical engineering Minimum 3 5 years of experience operating CNC machines in seal manufacturing Familiarity with materials such as rubber polyurethane PTFE and metallic alloys Proficient in Gcode programming and CNC control systems e g Fanuc Basic knowledge of seal types Orings Vrings rotary seals piston seals etc Strong attention to detail and precision Applicants must be currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately or able to enter on a visit visa for trial Only candidates with proven experience in seal making will be considered update cv in your account with required details and apply online
