A leading technology company in Dubai is searching for a Call Center Agent to handle IT-related customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails. The successful candidate will resolve technical issues, promote products, and maintain customer satisfaction. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and be fluent in both English and Arabic, along with at least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment.
We are looking for a proactive Call Center Agent to handle IT-related customer inquiries across calls, chats, and emails.
