We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team and handle outbound calls for our Real Estate division.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a goal-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will be confident in speaking to leads, explaining property options, and setting appointments with potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling & Lead Engagement
Make outbound calls to potential clients from our database and lead sources.
Present real estate opportunities clearly and professionally over the phone.
Identify client needs and provide suitable property solutions.
Set appointments for property viewings or follow-up with sales agents.
Keep detailed records of calls, outcomes, and client feedback.
Performance & Reporting
Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate logs of communication using the company CRM system.
Share feedback on call performance and help optimize the call scripts.
Collaboration & Growth
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Participate in training sessions to improve call quality and industry knowledge.
Stay informed about new projects, promotions, and changes in the real estate market.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound calling or a telesales role, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and remain persuasive and professional.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Familiarity with CRM systems and call logging is an advantage.
Positive attitude, resilience, and high motivation to achieve targets.
Salary Range and Benefits:
Salary: 3,000 AED per month + attractive performance-based incentives.
We provide medical insurance as per UAE law, visa sponsorship, as well as ongoing training.
Work Arrangement:
This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote or hybrid work options are not available. Candidates must be available to work from the designated office location.
