Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Submission Officer / Data Entry Operator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry and handling visa and passport submission processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and manage data related to visa and passport applications.
- Prepare and submit visa/passport applications to the relevant authorities.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Maintain and update client records and application status.
- Provide customer service and support, both in person and over the phone.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
