Job summary
A leading automotive company in Dubai is seeking a Call Center Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, be a native Arabic speaker, and fluent in English. Females are preferred for this role, which requires effective multitasking and strong communication skills. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on maintaining customer satisfaction and aiding in customer inquiries.
Qualifications

- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide friendly and courteous service to customers.
- Keep customers' information accurate on the CRM system.

Education
As a Call Center Representative you will be the frontline of an organization. Call Center Representatives complete customer service tasks that ensure customers have the information and assistance they need and maintain the company’s positive reputation.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Escalate customer inquiries to other departments and team members when necessary
- Provide friendly, courteous service to customers at all times and ensure they finish their call with you satisfied and happy
- Keep customers' information accurate and up to date on the CRM system
- Work in line with company KPI’s regarding call volume and service levels
- Collaborate with other call center representative to improve customer service
- High School Diploma or above
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice
- Demonstrated computer skills, able to pick up and learn new software quickly
- Native Arabic speaker
- Fluent English speaker
- Female (strictly!)
- Able to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
