• Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and live chats promptly and professionally
• Understand customer inquiries and provide accurate, effective solutions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Handle product or service-related questions and guide customers through processes
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
• Follow up on customer cases to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Meet individual and team KPIs including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfortable with using CRM software and multitasking tools
• A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends or public holidays if required
