Call Center Agent jobs in United Arab Emirates

Duties:

1. Sales call people using an offered phone directory to market products or get donations.
2. Answering inbound calls from prospective customers.
3. Reserving visits.
4. Checking out client for shutting sales.
5. Manage complaints or uncertainties to protect the firm's track record.
6. Go the "extra mile" to satisfy sales allocation and help with future sales.
7. Keep documents of calls and also sales as well as record valuable information.
8. Update the sales pipe records daily.

Abilities and Understanding:

1. Skilled in negotiation and managing problems.
2. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
3. Skilled in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
4. Proficient in negotiation and handling grievances.
5. Relentless and results-oriented.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's Degree.
2. Tested experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
3. Tested record of successfully meeting sales allocations, preferably over the phone.

Job Types: Permanent, Long-term

Salary: AED 3,000.00 - AED 3,500.00 per month

Capacity to commute/relocate: Abu Dhabi: Dependably commute or preparing to move before starting job (Preferred).

Experience: Sales: 2 years (Preferred).

Language: Arabic (Preferred).
