We are looking for a passionate and customerfocused Travel Agent/Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements for one our client (Travel Agency) in Al Ain. - Assist clients with booking flights hotels car rentals and vacation packages.
- Provide expert travel recommendations based on client preferences.
- Process payments issue tickets and manage travel documents.
- Handle itinerary changes cancellations and rescheduling requests.
- Stay uptodate with travel regulations trends and promotions.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prior experience as a Travel Agent or in the tourism industry (not mandatory).
- Strong sales and communication skills.
