Position: Female Riding Instructor (BHS Stage 2 Complete or higher)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
The Royal Stables (TRS) is offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced BHS-qualified female riding instructor to join our dynamic, international team in the heart of Abu Dhabi.

Nestled in the heart of Abu Dhabi, The Royal Stables (TRS) is a unique equestrian haven, rich in heritage and charm since 1969. Surrounded by lush gardens and shaded riding trails, TRS beautifully blends timeless Arabian traditions with modern equestrian excellence. As a British Horse Society approved center, TRS offers world‑class horse care, riding lessons, livery services, and equestrian events. We are also home to a thriving Pony Club and a vibrant, inclusive community. Our state‑of‑the‑art facilities include modern indoor and outdoor training areas, newly built stabling, advanced training simulators, and a range of innovative programs, including the UAE Para Dressage.
We are looking for a dedicated professional with proven experience and references in:
- Teaching children and adults from beginner to advanced levels in dressage and jumping (group and private settings)
- Managing lesson schedules, horse allocations, training routines, and turnout organization in collaboration with instructors & stables team.
- Schooling and exercising horses for riding school and livery clients with a focus on correct training & equine welfare.
- Assisting with holiday camps, equestrian events, and competitions
- Experience with Race wood Riding Simulators and Para Dressage an advantage.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages a plus)
- Confident working with multi‑national teams and high‑net‑worth clients, previous experience of working internationally is a bonus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and professional presentation
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office and operational mobile apps
