We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join our innovative team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead our Building Information Modelling (BIM) initiatives and drive digital transformation across our construction projects.

• Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with organizational goals and project requirements
• Oversee the creation and management of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices
• Lead and mentor a team of BIM professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Analyze and optimize BIM workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks on BIM deliverables
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital construction
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BIM-related issues
• Prepare and deliver BIM training programs for staff and project teams

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in a related field is advantageous
• BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is advantageous
• Minimum of 8years of experience in BIM management or a related role
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects using BIM
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit, Navisworks & ACC
• Strong knowledge of 3D modelling and visualization tools
• Familiarity with project management software and methodologies
• In-depth understanding of BIM standards, best practices, and digital delivery workflows
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience with digital delivery implementation in construction projects
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in UAEis advantageous
