We are seeking a friendly and efficient Guest Service Agent / Data Clerk to join our team in Dubai United Arab this dynamic role you will be the face of our organization providing exceptional customer service while also managing important data-related tasks. Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests addressing their inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests
  • Manage reservations including bookings modifications and cancellations
  • Perform data entry tasks maintaining accurate and up-to-date guest records in our computer systems
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision
  • Generate and analyze reports to support management decision-making
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Stay informed about local attractions events and services to provide recommendations to guests
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed such as filing document preparation and inventory management
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills including MS Office suite (particularly Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards is preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
