ROKA is hiring a Global Marketing and PR Manager to join the team in Dubai. As we continue to grow our international presence, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Global Marketing & PR Manager to elevate ROKA’s brand across borders, platforms, and audiences.

Reporting to the Global Head of Brand & Communications, you will own the global narrative for ROKA. This role requires both creativity and commercial thinking — you’ll be driving seasonal campaigns, forging influential partnerships, leading global communications, and shaping how the world sees and experiences ROKA.

What you will do

• Lead and execute the global marketing and PR strategy for ROKA, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals
• Drive the planning and performance of brand campaigns across multiple markets
• Collaborate closely with the Global Social Media & Content Manager to deliver cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints
• Manage international media relationships and secure tier-one press exposure
• Oversee PR agencies and ensure consistent brand messaging in all markets
• Curate impactful media kits, press releases, and editorial content
• Organise and support VIP, influencer, and media activations that spark buzz and brand love
• Identify and lead global brand partnerships that align with ROKA’s ethos and elevate its cultural relevance
• Partner with local teams to execute marketing and PR plans for new openings and priority initiatives
• Analyse campaign performance, media reach, and brand health metrics to refine strategy
• Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor movement to ensure ROKA remains a category leader

What you will bring

• 2+ years’ experience in a global international marketing and PR role within the luxury, hospitality, or F&B space
• Proven track record of building brand presence and securing major press coverage
• Confident communicator with strong storytelling instincts and senior stakeholder presence
• Skilled in managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration
• Globally minded and culturally curious, with an eye for excellence and innovation
• Based in Dubai and open to international travel
