Job summary

A leading bank in the UAE is seeking a Contact Center Agent to manage inbound and outbound calls while adhering to company policies. Role involves offering services, addressing customer queries, and achieving sales targets. Candidates must be bilingual in Arabic and English with strong communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls according to procedures and guidelines.
  • Proactively offer customer to register IVR and SMS service.
  • Escalate customer queries and complaints as necessary.
  • Follow up with customers after initial sales contact.
  • Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
  • Maintain politeness when dealing with customers.
  • Obtain customer information and enter orders into computers.
  • Keep accurate data on all tasks performed.
  • Secure and file customer documents accordingly.
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospect customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
  • Proactively cross-sell and up-sell bank products.
  • Escalate hazards/potential risks via proper channels.
  • Adhere to all company policies.

Skills

Bilingual (Arabic & English)
Strong communication skills
Ability to interact with customers of all levels
Basic mathematical computation
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
