Now were looking for someone in Dubai to help us grow our presence in the UAE and beyond.

This is not a high-volume sales role. Its a strategic one.

Youll be part of a boutique team identifying the right partners not just chasing numbers.

Youll help us position recruitment as a business-critical solution not a support function.

What youll do
  • Research and engage with potential clients in UAE and KSA
  • Understand their hiring challenges and position our solutions
  • Build and manage your outreach pipeline
  • Collaborate directly with our founder and lead consultants
  • Contribute to how we grow in the region not just what we sell
