Qualificações
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.
High level of understanding of Rooms operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsabilidades
Oversee Front Desk operations and respond to guest requests.
Schedule Front Desk Supervisors and Receptionists.
Train and supervise Front Desk team members.
Inspect guest rooms and inspect hotel during shifts.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
