A leading accounting firm in Dubai seeks an Accounts Executive to manage and execute various accounting duties, focusing on month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, along with 3–7 years of progressive accounting experience. Candidates should have strong Excel skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• CA Inter from ICAI candidate strongly preferred.
• 3–7 years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or corporate accounting preferred).
• Experience with general ledger systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies.
