JUNIOR SALES EXECUTIVE - UAE

We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive for our client to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The Junior Sales Executive will drive proactive sales and expansion initiatives to position the hotel brand competitively in the market. The role focuses on cultivating high-value partnerships, securing new accounts, and contributing to overall portfolio growth and brand performance.

Duties included:
  • Identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel trade partners, and property owners, while negotiating contracts and ensuring maximum brand visibility through strategic sales and marketing initiatives
  • Support the sales team to secure government and semi-government accounts in the region. Set and review sales revenue targets by market segment and develop strategies to achieve identified outcomes for short stay transient and extended stay business.
  • Organize and manage and lead the roadshows, trainings, events and Exhibition.
  • Maintain effective business relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
  • Administers sales territory and account assignment changes to ensure clients coverage and provide equal opportunity for each Sales Manager / Executive.
  • Represent in all sales activities including travel trade shows, site inspections, client sales calls, and product training.
  • Update all sales activities in salesforce CRM.
  • Submit monthly leads reports on sales.
What we are looking for:
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience with a minimum of 1 year of proven sales track record in a similar role within the hospitality sector in UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field in Hospitality
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English - this is a non-negotiable
  • Candidates familiar with local markets is an added advantage
Salary package:

AED15 000 - 18 000 total package
