We are looking for a dynamicSales Executivewith2–3 years of experiencein sellingaccounting, tax, bookkeeping, compliance, or B2B professional services. The ideal candidate understands the UAE business landscape and can independently generate, manage, and close leads for our accounting and compliance service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end sales for accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, and compliance services.
  • Identify and target potential clients including SMEs, startups, consulting firms, and international businesses.
  • Build, manage, and close a strong sales pipeline while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing.
  • Collaborate with the service delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Maintain CRM entries, track conversions, and provide weekly sales reports.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to acquire new leads.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend customized solutions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services such as business setup, EOR, or compliance support.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience inaccounting, tax, consulting, or B2B servicesin the UAE market (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of UAE tax regulations (VAT, Corporate Tax) preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
  • Prior experience with CRM tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
