A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Swiss German Speaking Inbound & Outbound Customer Communication Specialist. The role is fully remote and involves handling customer service tasks, both inbound and outbound. The ideal candidate is a native Swiss German speaker with experience in telephony, enjoys sales, and is disciplined and self-motivated. Candidates should have a stable internet connection and a drive for customer service excellence.

Responsibilities
You will handle a variety of tasks in telephone and written inbound and outbound communication, depending on the project. If you don’t yet have experience in this field, you should at least bring a stronginterest in learning about these activities.
