The Project Manager will oversee the planning and coordination of game launches across multiple regulated jurisdictions. Acting as the key link between internal teams, operators, regulators, and distribution partners, this role ensures that branded slot games are delivered seamlessly and on time to maximise market impact and promotional opportunities.

• Develop and manage the global release calendar for branded IP slot games.
• Coordinate with development, compliance, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure readiness for release.
• Liaise with operators in regulated markets to secure launch timings, featured placements, and promotional support.
• Act as the main contact with the distribution partner to ensure smooth integration, testing, and release.
• Track dependencies between regulatory approval, certification, distribution integration, and agreements.
• Identify risks to release schedules and elevate issues when necessary.
• Provide clear reporting and communication on release status to stakeholders.
• Gather and analyse post-launch feedback from operators and partners to improve future releases.
• Travel when needed to meet operators and strengthen relationships.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Release Manager, or Account Manager within the online gambling/casino sector.
• Strong knowledge of regulated online gambling markets and compliance requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with major operators or distributors (e.g., Hollywood Bets, Betway, Digi Outsource, or similar).
• Established operator network across regulated jurisdictions such as the UK, Europe, or North America.
• Experience with distribution platforms/aggregators is highly advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent releases.
• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical, regulatory, and commercial teams.
• Comfortable in a remote‑first, fast‑paced work environment.
