We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bars on board a cruise ship. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

• Manage and supervise all bar staff, including bartenders, bar servers, and bar backs.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the bar department.
• Create and implement drink menus and promotions to increase sales and revenue.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• E nsure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
• Train and develop bar staff on proper service techniques and customer service skills.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events and themed nights.
• Conduct regular bar inspections to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment.
• Prepare and present reports on bar sales, inventory, and staff performance.
• Monitor and control expenses.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a bar management role, preferably in a cruise ship or hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
