The role is fully remote and involves handling customer service tasks, both inbound and outbound. The ideal candidate is a native Swiss German speaker with experience in telephony, enjoys sales, and is disciplined and self-motivated. Candidates should have a stable internet connection and a drive for customer service excellence.
