Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for logistics and quality assurance? We’re looking for a Logistics Manager to lead inbound logistics operations, supplier quality, and inventory control for a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment.

Salary: R650k per annum
- Plan and manage inbound material deliveries (Vehicles) in line with production schedules.
- Oversee rebate stock compliance and ensure audit readiness.
- Lead quality assurance for inbound materials and final line inspections.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement supplier quality improvements.
- Manage special suppliers and fitment centre logistics.
- Forecast material requirements and coordinate with procurement.
- Supervise logistics and quality teams, and generate performance dashboards.
- Strong experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and quality control processes.
- Experience with systems like Autocart and multi-supplier platforms.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with excellent leadership skills.
- Experience in financial control (e.g., supplier invoice sign-off).
- Supporting customer service or technical teams in resolving escalations.
