The Role

As Affiliate Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing and scaling the affiliate channel. You'll work with affiliates across multiple regions, developing innovative campaigns, negotiating commercial deals, and ensuring that partnerships deliver sustainable, high-value player traffic.

This role blends relationship management, analytical insight, and commercial negotiation, making it a perfect fit for someone who thrives in a target-driven, performance-led environment.

Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Recruitment & Relationship Management
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the program into both established and emerging markets.
  • Maintain and develop strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, ensuring satisfaction and performance alignment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring campaigns are optimized.
Commercial Strategy & Campaign Execution
  • Negotiate commission structures, revenue share agreements, and custom deals that are competitive yet commercially viable.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to deliver tailored campaigns, creative assets, and promotional materials.
  • Launch and oversee affiliate-driven promotions, ensuring alignment with broader acquisition, retention, and brand strategies.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics including FTDs, NGR, CPA, ROI, LTV, churn, and player quality.
  • Provide regular, detailed reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, commission models, and partner performance.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure affiliate activity complies with responsible gaming standards, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct regular reviews of affiliate content, ensuring ethical promotion and full compliance with advertising codes.
  • Monitor fraud risks, traffic sources, and partner activities, escalating issues where necessary.
Market Intelligence & Innovation
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor programs, and new affiliate technologies.
  • Identify untapped markets, niches, and affiliate opportunities to drive strategic expansion.
  • Bring innovative ideas for incentivizing affiliates, gamifying programs, and improving partner engagement.

  • Strong track record of building and scaling affiliate networks while delivering measurable ROI.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly commercial mindset with the ability to balance acquisition costs against long-term player value.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in affiliate tracking and reporting platforms (NetRefer, Income Access, MyAffiliates, or similar).
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, live-sports-driven environment.
  • Multilingual abilities (particularly African or European languages) are a plus.
Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 35 years of direct experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CPA, CPL, Hybrid, and Revenue Share models.
