Job description

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Campaign Manager to own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns across our clients’ paid channels. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll write the digital strategy, build and manage campaigns, and continuously optimise for performance. You will primarily focus on Google Ads (Search & Display) and paid social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring campaigns deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google and paid social channels.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to maximise ROI.
  • Create and test ad copy, creative variations, and audience targeting to improve results.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Work closely with design, content, and client/brand teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
  • Report campaign performance, highlighting results, trends, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years’ experience in paid media and digital campaign management.
  • Strong hands-on skills with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and paid social platforms.
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, etc.) and attribution models.
  • Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills (GA, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
