Job summary
A recruitment agency seeks a Senior Management Accountant in South Africa for a hybrid role with a salary between £50,000 and £60,000. The position offers a route to Financial Director within 12-18 months, involving budgeting, forecasting, and extensive business partnering. Ideal candidates are CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified or progressing toward completion, with strong analytical and communication skills. Manchester based Senior Management Accountant (clear route to FC in the next 12 – 18 months). £50,000 – £60,000. Hybrid working. Part qualified or recently qualified.

Really broad role (budgeting cycle, forecasting, business partnering with plenty of valuable P&L / results discussion, managing an assistant accountant (more great experience), supporting year end stats and audit process….

If you are an outgoing, commercially aware, career ambitious management accountant studying or recently qualified this can supercharge your experience and CV.
(First step from practice is fine if that’s been your journey so far – or currently management accountant in industry
Required:
- CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified or progressing toward completion.
- Experience of detailed management accounts preparation and variance analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills (confidence using Excel).
- Confident communication skills – ability to discuss the P&L trends and insights with non finance colleagues.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to personal development, learning new things and solving problems.
