As our Paid Performance Specialist, you'll manage and optimize paid traffic campaigns primarily across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Your role is to drive leads, lower CPAs, and scale what works.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning, launching, and scaling lead generation campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
A/B testing creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and placements
Constantly analyzing performance data to improve ROI, CPL, and lead quality
Working with our funnel and creative team to ensure messaging and targeting are aligned
Building reports and sharing key performance insights
Staying ahead of platform changes, trends, and best practices
2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads (non-negotiable)
A proven track record of running lead gen or direct response campaigns at scale
Strong understanding of bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and attribution
Sharp analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions quickly
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, remote-first team
