In this role, you will oversee operational finance activities across international regions while leading a team committed to process excellence in a dynamic environment. A minimum of 7 years' experience and strong IFRS knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a multi-site, multi-country environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, multi-currency reporting, and shared services operations.
• Proven team management and leadership experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and exposure to PowerBi.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.

Overview

Finance Manager CA(SA) Logistics - Bryanston - R1.1M - R850kCTC per annum - Gauteng, Sandton

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Senior Accountants, with a strong focus on leadership and team growth.
• Partner daily with the Regional Head of Finance and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.
• Act as the subject matter expert on IFRS, reporting, controls, and standardised processes.
• Drive process improvements and support the delivery of an efficient Shared Services model aligned with the company's growth plans.
• Oversee month-end close, preparation of management reporting packs, balance sheet reconciliations, and corporate tax submissions.
• Provide financial insight through advanced reporting and PowerBi-driven analytics.
• Support audits, budgets, forecasting, and business partnering with AP and other finance teams.

Preferred experience includes freight forwarding or logistics, shared services, SUN accounting system, and international tax compliance.
