We’re seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Copywriter (Freelance Opportunity) to join our product marketing team. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and precision—writing powerful copy that brings product stories to life across all touchpoints.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Craft persuasive, customer-focused product messaging across websites, emails, social campaigns, brochures, and ad copy.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex features into compelling benefits and narratives.
• Conduct incisive market and competitor research to build informed, differentiated messaging strategies.
• Create content adapted for varied channels and buyer personas, optimizing tone and structure accordingly.
• Ensure messaging consistency with brand voice and positioning across all touchpoints.
• Monitor performance metrics and iterate copy based on performance insights and analytics.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, SEO best practices, and product marketing innovation.
  
  

Your channels will include:

• CRM Touchpoints: Email campaigns, banners, push notifications, and platform home screens.
• User Flows: Scripted content and overlays for videos and static walkthroughs.
• App Release Notes: Clear, user-friendly summaries of updates and new features.
• Employee Training Material: Manuals, guides, and scripts to onboard and upskill teams.
• In-Store Screens: On-device or in-location display copy to guide staff.
  
  

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Fashion Marketing, or similar creative/commerce-related disciplines
• 3+ years of experience as a product marketing copywriter preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle e-commerce.
• Open to freelance Opportunity and able to work from our office based in Century City Tues-Thursday
• Experience working within an omni-channel or retail environment is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, web content, and retail content formats.
• Excellent briefing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
