Job summary

A community-focused NGO in Mokopane is seeking a dedicated Community Development and Admin Assistant. Overview

An established NGO in Mokopane, focused on education and community upliftment, is seeking a dedicated Community Development and Admin Assistant. This role will take ownership of all administration for the on-site education centre, while also supporting programme coordination, donor reporting, events, and outreach initiatives. It is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference while applying strong organisational and administrative skills.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Administration, Business, or related field
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong MS Office & Excel skills
  • NGO experience essential, including reporting to funders and donors
  • Valid driver’s licence and own car (travel between sites required)
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Passion for community development and education
