• Strong willingness to learn and grow in areas such as SQL, Power BI, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong mathematical and logical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
• Valid South African driver's licence (essential for fieldwork).
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ethical, respectful, and trustworthy—especially when working in community settings.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to work in both office and field environments.
