The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a full-service restaurant environment, with strong management, communication, and organizational skills. Responsibilities include stock management, customer relations, restaurant administration, food and liquor costing, stock reporting, service quality control, and opening & closing procedures. Candidates must have experience in staff management, motivation, and training, with a solid understanding of restaurant finances and marketing.
