A client services company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining client information, conducting telesales, and assisting with quotations and queries. Ideal applicants should possess Grade 12 and relevant customer service certifications, along with 2-3 years of experience in customer service or sales support roles. Strong Excel skills and excellent English language command are required.

Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join the Port Elizabeth team.

Responsibilities
  • Captures and maintains accurate client information on the company system
  • Maintains regular telephonic contact with a defined portfolio of clients to update records, maintain relationships and achieve growth of service offerings.
  • Extracts service data from the system for the sales teams for sales and services purposes.
  • Prepares index reports and any ad hoc reporting requests on new documentation received for delivery to clients.
  • Accurately files client contracts and related information on an ongoing basis.
  • Conduct telesales activities for clients.
  • Assist the Branch Manager with quotations and client queries.
Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Certificate / Diploma in Customer Service Management / Customer Relationship Marketing / Sales / Marketing Management
  • At least 2-3 years solid experience in a customer service, preferably gained in a sales support role
  • Telesales experience preferred
  • Must have experience with capturing orders onto a database system
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Strong Excel skills
