Job summary
A leading spa and beauty placement agency in Midrand is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive B2B sales within the beauty and spa industry. The ideal candidate has a beauty-related qualification and extensive sales experience. This role requires a significant amount of travel across Gauteng and offers a competitive salary alongside various benefits, including a company petrol card and maintenance allowance.

- Comfortable being on the road with a high level of travel.
Responsibilities
- Work on sales apps and ensure effective sales processes.
- Assist operationally with road shows, expos, or launches.
- Maintain customer relationships in targeted regions.
Skills
Education
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00am - 17:00pm
- Closed on weekends & major public holidays
- Closed annually over Christmas & New Year break

- R21,100 Cost to Company (Gross)
- Tiered Sales Commission earned (2% - 10%)

- Based in Midrand / Centurion or Pretoria
- Formal qualification (Diploma/ Degree) in Beauty / Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology
- On the road / B2B sales experience within Spa, Beauty, Cosmetics or Pharma industries
- Sales driven - this is the core KPI for this role
- Comfortable being on the road - this job requires a lot of traveling and driving
- Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer literate
- Own car and valid driver license - not negotiable
- Ability to work independently with support from Head Office as well as alongside team members
- Available to assist when operationally required for road shows, expos or launches
- Able to travel to other areas of Gauteng (North), as well as out of Province to Mpumalanga &
- CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc. Internationally accredited certification
- Cruise Ship employment experience
- Spa Manager experience (on land or sea)
