About the Role

A leading global technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue and market growth across West Africa. The role focuses on selling advanced geotechnical, radar, and monitoring solutions to the mining industry, managing strategic client relationships, and expanding business opportunities through effective sales strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets across the West African mining market.
  • Promote and present the company’s mining technology product range to clients, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and negotiation to closure.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support product and business development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the mining sector.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets; ensure financial and operational targets are met.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, finance, and product management to enhance customer experience and product delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards on quality, health, safety, and ethics.
  • Regularly travel within the region to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Geology, Surveying Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales within the mining, geotechnical, or engineering technology sectors.
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving sales growth in new markets.
  • Strong understanding of mining operations and monitoring technologies.
