The role involves recruiting and developing sales representatives, maintaining production targets, and ensuring compliance with industry requirements. Qualifications
- Must have a Matric.
- Must have a relevant qualification recognized by the FSCA.
- Must have RE5 and RE1 certifications.
- CPD certificate of completion is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, maintain and develop sales representative brokers.
- Develop and maintain sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct training and coaching for brokers.

- Must have 2 years Project Management experience.
- Must have 2 years\' experienceworking in the insuranceindustry.
- Must have at least 1 year advice and intermediary experience in category A, B1, B2, C, B1-A, B2-A and retail pension funds
