About the Company

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, analytical, and has a solid B2B sales background. You will lead and develop a multifunctional sales team composed of Sales Executives, Lead Generators, and Business Developers.

You will be responsible for managing every stage of the sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high performance. The role reports directly to senior management and works closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to align execution with Nestify’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse sales team (Sales Executives, Lead Generators, and Business Developers) to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Oversee all stages of the sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closing.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify challenges and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent use of Pipedrive CRM and other tools for performance tracking and pipeline management.
  • Coach and develop team members through structured feedback and ongoing training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimise lead flow and with Operations to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting key sales KPIs, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of sales team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic B2B partners and clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Nestify’s market presence.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, ideally within B2B, SaaS, real estate, or technology services.
  • Proven success in leading and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities, with confidence in interpreting performance data to drive improvements.
  • Proficient in Pipedrive CRM and comfortable with digital reporting and automation tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Experience designing and executing sales training and performance plans.
  • Fluent in English; French proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Based in Cape Town and available for full-time on-site work.
  • Dynamic, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
