This Position reports to:

HR Business Partner

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees.

The work model for the role is: Onsite/ Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area in South Africa.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Understands and contributes to the overall business and people strategy.
  • Takes accountability for the overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services.
  • Determines and delivers the best approach in the area of responsibility and executes the HR priorities while adding value to the business.
  • Ensures effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organization.
  • Facilitates the change management initiatives and drives behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.
  • Supports the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
Qualifications for the role
  • You are engaged working with SAP and Workday
  • 2 to 5 years work experience within Human Resources
  • National Diploma/ B Degree inHuman Resource
