Due to continual growth, the company are looking to expand their manpower base; this is starting with the hiring of a highly suitable HR Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general HR support on employment matters to managers and staff in line with company policies and procedures
  • Facilitate induction processes for new employees
  • Handle Industrial Relations matters
  • Conduct site visits to address any HR related challenges
  • Compile HR and statutory reports on a monthly and annual basis
  • Internally administer employee benefits
  • Handle the HR monthly payroll inputs schedules to hand over to the payroll division
  • Maintain, file and update all HR documents
  • Assist in recruitment processes
  • Support Board members and managers as required
Requirements
  • Hold a degree or relevant diploma
