A growing agricultural company situated in Paarl is seeking an experienced HR Manager. The successful candidate will establish the HR department and manage functions for the head office and regional warehouses. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, ensuring legal compliance, and advising the Managing Director on HR activities. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years experience in HR, a relevant qualification, and a strong understanding of South African labour laws. This role offers a chance to significantly contribute to the company's HR strategy.

Windmeul Eggs, situated between Northern Paarl and Wellington, has an opportunity for an HR Manager with excellent interpersonal & organisational skills, paired with the ability to take initiative and work independently, to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to set up the HR department within the organisation, and manage the HR function for the head office as well as the regional warehouses.
