Responsibilities:

• Maintain and ensure accurate and up-to-date records across various areas.
• Manage company vehicle-related matters, including monitoring inspection due dates, renewing insurance and road tax, managing season parking records, and following up on summons.
• Review and verify vendor invoices, ensuring timely submission for payment processing.
• Coordinate training programs, including scheduling sessions, managing enrollment, and collecting feedback.
• Order office supplies, such as stationery, uniforms, and other necessities.
• Assist with the onboarding process.
• Assist in eLeave processing by validating and reviewing leave applications within the system.
• Manage and compile overtime records to ensure accurate and timely submission for payroll processing.
• Other admin duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, with a strong desire to learn.
• Exceptional attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to adapt to dynamic environments.

Working hour:

08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday

08:30 to 17:00 Friday

Transport is provided to and fro Joo Koon MRT station.
