Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to provide support with filing, data entry, and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers Monday to Friday working hours, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and detail-oriented tasks.
Qualifications
- Basic administrative or HR experience preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining HR records.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Help coordinate interviews and schedule appointments.
Skills
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
