Job summary

HLG Warehouse Pte. Ltd. is looking for energetic and customer-oriented Front Desk Sales Associates to join our retail team. You will be the first point of contact for customers at our partner home & lifestyle stores, assisting with product enquiries, sales, and daily floor operations.
- Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and assistance to customers
- Handle sales transactions and process payments
- Maintain merchandise presentation and store cleanliness
- Assist in inventory checks and stock replenishment
- Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns
- Work closely with team members to achieve store targets
- Prior experience in retail sales / front desk / customer service — home goods / department store experience is a plus
- Able to communicate clearly in English
- Pleasant, responsible, and customer-centric attitude
- Willing to work across different neighbourhoods in Singapore
- Singapore Citizens / Permanent Residents preferred
- No diploma or degree required — we value attitude and retail experience
Base Salary: From SGD 2,000+
