WHO ARE YOU?
As the Human Resources Manager, you are both a strategist and a steward of people and culture. You will lead the full spectrum of HR functions from talent acquisition and performance management to learning, development, and engagement ensuring that the club attracts, nurtures, and retains exceptional talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and talent forecasting.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, engagement, and retention.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to selection.
- Develop recruitment strategies that attract high-calibre talent.
- Design and execute onboarding programs that accelerate new-hire integration.
Performance Management
- Implement and maintain the performance appraisal framework.
- Partner with department heads to set clear OKRs and KPIs.
- Advise managers on performance feedback, coaching, and improvement plans.
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage payroll, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- Support incentive and bonus program design based on business performance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal equity.
Learning & Development
- Identify skills gaps and build development programs to enhance capability.
- Oversee training needs analysis, curriculum design, and evaluation.
- Promote a continuous-learning culture across all levels.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Serve as point of contact for employee issues, ensuring fairness and confidentiality.
- Manage disciplinary processes and investigations in accordance with employment law.
- Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and ensure regulatory compliance.
HR Operations & Analytics
- Oversee accurate HR documentation, systems, and reporting.
- Analyse HR metrics (turnover, engagement, cost, productivity) to inform strategy.
- Drive digital transformation and process efficiency in HR operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min 4 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation, HR best practices, and compensation frameworks.
- F&B/ Hospitality talent acquisition.
