A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager specializing in recruitment and talent acquisition. The role involves leading recruitment efforts, onboarding new hires, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates have 6-10 years of relevant experience and a strong educational background in HR or related fields. This position offers a salary range of $5,000 - $6,000 plus performance bonuses, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

  • 6 – 10 years of HR or recruitment experience, ideally in media marketing or marketing agency environments.
  • Occasionally travel to KL office is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles across PR, marketing, events, creative, and support teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and conduct interviews.
  • Oversee onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth integration.
  • Build an active talent pipeline and maintain relationships with industry contacts.
  • Design and implement a scalable employee-experience framework.
  • Plan quarterly learning and development sessions and wellness programmes.
  • Conduct employee surveys and follow-up action plans.
  • Partner with management on succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
  • Oversee all HR administration tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and frameworks.

  • Salary Range: $5,000 - $6,000 + Performance Bonus [ No AWS ]

Marketing Agency in connecting social influencer with clients from luxury, lifestyle, automotive, wellness and culture brands. Current team in Singapore is 30 headcount and 10 headcount in Malaysia.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
  2. 6 – 10 years of HR or recruitment experience — ideally in media marketing, media production or marketing agency environments.
  3. Occasionally travel to KL office is required
Job Scopes:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles across PR, marketing, events, creative, and support teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, conduct interviews, benchmark salaries, and structure offers.
  • Oversee onboarding for new hires — ensuring smooth integration into team culture and operations.
  • Build an active talent pipeline and maintain relationships with universities, recruiters, and industry contacts.
  • Design and implement a scalable employee-experience framework (mentorship, growth pathways, and performance reviews).
  • Plan quarterly learning and development sessions and wellness programmes suited for a small, creative team.
  • Conduct employee surveys and follow-up action plans to sustain morale and engagement.
  • Partner with the CEO and management team on succession planning and leadership pipeline development
  • Oversee all HR administration: employment contracts, payroll liaison, leave tracking, and benefits management.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF, PDPA, and Fair Consideration Framework.
