We are seeking a HR Project Manager to drive two key HR transformation initiatives: the implementation of a new HR software system and the delivery of a change management & tailored training program for managers & mature employees. This role requires strong project management expertise, proven experience in HR systems or change initiatives, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. We are open to hire Seniors who are aged 50 & above. Please note that this position does not offer work visa sponsorship.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end HR software implementation, working closely with system consultants and internal teams
  • Coordinate with management consultants tasked to design and deliver change management & tailored training programs for managers & mature employees
  • Leveraging the software system and organization’s clinical competencies framework, map out all clinical and non-clinical competencies and Job Descriptions. Input these organization‑specific job profiles into the software system
  • Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure milestones and deliverables are met
  • Provide regular updates to the HR Director and senior stakeholders
  • Manage risks, resolve issues, and support smooth adoption of new systems and practices
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Any other related tasks as assigned
Educational Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in any related field

  • Around 8 years of HR or project management experience, ideally with HR system implementation and change management exposure
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem‑solving skills
