Job summary
A healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate to ensure smooth daily operations at their clinics. Responsibilities include recruitment, data support, and collaboration with staff to maintain high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the role. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare/operations administration for senior position.
- Able to work under tight timelines.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the assigned clinics.
- Assist in recruitment of the front line staff.
- Provide support in data submission and evaluation.

Ensure smooth daily operations of the assigned clinics
Assist in recruitment of the front line staff
Provide support in data submission and evaluation, which includes data entry, data collection and extraction.
To support administrative matters (e.g. scheduling meeting, minute writing, slide preparation and drafting protocol / documentation
Working in collaboration with doctors and staff to maintain high standards of patient care, customer service and processes
Coordinate work flow between clinics and Corporate office
Ensure overall work processes are is compliance with SOP
Point of contact for doctors on all operations matters
Guide junior executives
Other adhoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in any specializations
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare/operations administration may be considered for a senior position.
Able to multi-task, work under tight timeline and meet deliverables
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Independent and resourceful worker
