Associate Executive, Operation Admin (Clinical Ops)

The Associate Executive provides high-level administrative and operational support to the department, focusing on tasks such as managing administrative function, ensuring compliance and improve service delivery. Requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(A) SPECIFIC

  1. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, preparing reports and handling of administrative tasks for the section / department.
  2. Assist in data extraction, generation of performance reports, not limited to Balance Scorecards, and monitoring of key performance indicators for the section / department.
  3. Work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
  4. Manage the on-boarding administrative works for new staff and off-boarding of resignee of the section / department.
  5. Organize and coordinate section/ department meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  6. Perform any other administrative duties to support the section/ department.
  7. 1. Support all corporate activities.
  8. 2. Foster continuous improvement as our way of life at improving processes to achieve operational excellence.
  9. 3. Perform any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer

JOB REQUIREMENTS

(A) EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

  • · Minimum GCE “A” level or Diploma in any discipline
  • · Prior experience in Executive Assistant position will be advantageous but not a pre-requisite.
  • · Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • · A team player who can collaborate well and work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and able to work independently.
  • · Self-motivated and driven, enthusiatics about learning on the job and willing to go the extra mile to see things through.
