We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Planner / Event Manager with extensive experience in designing, planning, and executing a wide range of events including corporate functions, social gatherings, private parties, concerts, and weddings. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills to deliver seamless, impactful, and memorable event experiences.

• End-to-End Event Planning & Execution: Conceptualize, design, and execute corporate events, private parties, and social gatherings aligned with client vision. Develop detailed event programs, budgets, agendas, and run sheets. Oversee RSVP, hospitality, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Vendor & Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective execution. Collaborate with restaurants, venues, NGOs, and social clubs for partnerships and activations.
• Creative Solutions & Customization: Curate bespoke gift hampers, customized packaging, and event merchandise. Introduce innovative themes, decor concepts, and audience engagement strategies. Utilize marketing and digital channels to enhance event outreach.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead internal teams, interns, and volunteers to ensure flawless coordination. Manage cross-functional collaboration with designers, logistics staff, and support teams.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track event performance metrics and feedback to improve outcomes. Prepare post-event reports, budgets, and ROI analysis.

• Education: Post Graduate Diploma in Advertisement, Media & Events (preferred). Bachelor’s in Business Administration with Marketing specialization.
• Experience: 5–8 years of professional experience in event management, client servicing, or business development roles. Proven portfolio of managing corporate conferences, weddings, concerts, and large-scale social events.

• Strong expertise in event design, logistics, and operations.
• Excellent communication, client relationship, and negotiation skills.
• Creativity in planning themes, branding, and event activations.
• Leadership in managing teams and large-scale event execution.
• Technical proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Tally.
• Multilingual: English, Hindi, Nepali (spoken and written).
