Overview

Company located at Changi Airfreight Centre

Working hours: 5 Days: 8:30am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)

Job Scope

• Handle daily seafreight import operations.
• Coordinate with customers/vendors/carriers/overseas counterpart for all shipments.
• Ensure vendor costing are correct, and input in system accordingly.
• Ensure billing is done on time and according to quotation given.
• Handle Ocean Import permit declaration.
• Backup of your team member who is on leave / medical leave.
• Any other duties assigned by the superior/management.

Requirements

• GCE O Level or Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
• 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company
